Why agencies hire us as a production partner

The agencies that hire us want a studio that thinks creatively and delivers at the technical level the project requires, without the overhead of building that capability in-house.
This is the production partner model. It works because creative production is a specialist skill. A Tier 1 agency running a global campaign for IKEA or Nike needs the best possible execution for that specific deliverable. Building and maintaining a permanent motion design, CGI and film team for that level of output is expensive and rarely necessary. A specialist studio that operates as an extension of the creative team is the better approach.
We have worked with AKQA, Ogilvy, Leo Burnett, David, DM9DDB and others in this model. The collaboration looks different on every project. On the Nike Air Max Cloud AR experience with AKQA São Paulo, we handled motion design, editing and all post-production. The creative brief came from AKQA; the craft and execution came from us. The result earned a D&AD Silver.
On the IKEA Monsters Not Included campaign with Ogilvy, we built the entire visual world: a Halloween campaign in full 3D, launched across Egypt, the UAE and Qatar. Twelve One Show shortlists and coverage in Adweek, Ad Age and The Drum.
Agencies working in this model get production quality they could not build internally at the same cost, a team with a defined creative point of view, and a collaborator that understands how agencies work. The brief arrives; the work gets done; the client does not see the join.
We produce motion design, CGI, film, AI-integrated content and brand films. For projects that require those capabilities at a high level, we are the right partner. For work outside that scope, we say so.
